Isaiah 61-62

Daily Devotional from Isaiah 61--

Verse 10
I will greatly rejoice in the Lord; my soul shall exult in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation; he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself like a priest with a beautiful headdress, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels by.

Sometimes it feels good to daydream - to take joy in what the future will hold.

Engaged couples daydream about a future life with a loving companion.
A budding business owner daydreams about the business one day becoming a great success.
An author daydreams about a book idea finally becoming a published work.
And sometimes it’s good to take joy considering our current benefits and privileges.

One of my favorites: His righteousness is credited to us so we can go before our holy God, seen as spotless, with the faith and confidence of a child, to seek help in time of need.

God is good!
