Encouragement is so essential. We all long for encouragement from those around us. When we don’t get the encouragement we need from our faith community, we tend to seek it elsewhere, which can lead to people leaving the church and the faith. 

It is so important to encourage others. Let them know how how wonderful they are, how talented they are, how loving they are. Let people know what you appreciate about them. Let them know that you like them and you are glad they are in your life. 

We do this because we participate in the life of Christ, and he saw us and decided we were worth dying for even in our worst moments.
