Psalm 15
Daily Devotional from Psalm 15–
Verse 1
“O Lord, who shall sojourn in your tent? Who shall dwell on your holy hill?”
This song gives us a standard by which we may attempt to live — walking in integrity, speaking the truth, not slandering, keeping promises, not taking a bribe. But even if we were able to do all of these things, we are not worthy to be in God‘s presence.
It’s only through the filter of Jesus’s sacrifice on the cross that the Father is able to see us as righteous, and we are worthy to come in His presence. In fact, we are invited to
come with confidence into His presence. (Heb. 4:13)
