Joshua 3
Daily Devotional from Joshua 3–
Verse 5
Then Joshua said to the people, ‘Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.’
We want to see the Lord do mighty acts and wonders among us. We want Him to make obvious to us the way to go and to overcome seemingly impossible barriers and foes on our behalf. The pattern is there:
Listen to the Lord through His Word and His appointed ministers
Consecrate (dedicate) your life to the Lord’s will, endeavoring to honor Him and reflect His holiness.
Set your heart on the Lord, to love Him and seek to please Him.
Dear Jesus, our High Priest, lead us, we pray!
