Daily Devotional from 2 Thessalonians 1—

Verse 3
We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing.

Their faith was growing and their love for another! It’s easy to do one without the other. It’s easy to just spend a lot of time and never make it spiritual. It’s okay to spend time praying together, reading the Word together, and encouraging one another. It’s also easy to grow in your faith but isolate yourself a bit from others which is also not good; we must also grow in our love for one another and this means we need to spend time with each other.

So let’s spend time together with one another and let’s also spend time seeking God together. Reach out to someone in the church today and connect, open up some prayer needs, share a scripture with them, ask God for a word for them. Let’s love and edify each other!
