Romans 1
Daily Devotional from Romans 1--
Verses 11 and 12
For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you— that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith, both yours and mine.
This is what I love about the Church: every one of us has something to give, we all bring something to the table. Paul was a very devoted man but he didn’t see himself above his brothers and sisters; he acknowledged that they too have a testimony that would encourage him. And I want you to know that your story is powerful. The faith you have is inspiring, and you have encouraged people, I am sure.
So let us continue to build one another and sharpen one another as we each have strengths and with strengths naturally come weaknesses. Let continue to strive toward Jesus together as one body.
