Amos 9-Obadiah
Daily Devotional from Amos 9--
Verse 15
“I will plant them on their land, and they shall never again be uprooted out of the land that I have given them,” says the LORD your God.
Israel had abandoned God, but God hadn’t abandoned them. Even as they faced the consequences for their sins against Him, He promised that He would make a way.
And He did. Not only was Israel placed back in their land, but also God the Father sent His Son, Jesus to fulfill the Law. If we put our trust in Jesus, we will never be uprooted; but if we choose to trust in the things of this world, or our own good deeds, we will be uprooted. Today, choose to give your trust to the only One who is worthy of it. And just see how He moves in your life.
