Psalm 37
Daily Devotional from Psalm 37–
Verses 23-24
“The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he
delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast
headlong, for the Lord upholds his hand.”
How many times can you fall and still be forgiven? Jesus
answers this question with 70×7 — in other words, too many to count. OUR JOB is to keep trying (He provides resources to help) and never give up when we fall. We repent, Jesus lifts us up, and we continue our journey with Him. We continue to praise God and do the good works He prepared for us to do when He created us (Eph. 1:12; 2:10). This is the path. This is the journey.
